- A trade finance fintech: a complex integration running at a negative margin, rethought end to end and finally put into production. The next releases followed; the way of working changed for good.
- A cantonal administration in French-speaking Switzerland: a poorly started SAP project, brought back through a comparative study to a pragmatic solution, delivered for less and on time.
- A Swiss city: a large vendor that could not deliver on the complexity walked away, and a handful of seniors, myself among them, filled the gap.
