When a tech initiative is slow to deliver, the reflex is to add: a big off-the-shelf solution, a big program, more governance. The real brake is elsewhere. Technology designed as an engineering object, disconnected from the actual value stream, where most of the time is spent waiting. The result: it costs, it blocks, it doesn't ship. And more governance only adds more waiting.

My work comes down to three moves. Clarify: a diagnosis that reveals the real problem and makes it intelligible, simply, visually, in business terms. Bring a fresh perspective: challenge the heavy assumption and open a path that's often counter-intuitive. Deliver: execute within the complexity, all the way to production, and maintainable by your teams.

Concretely: a fintech integration running at a negative margin, rethought end-to-end and finally shipped to production. A cantonal administration, a heavy project brought back to a pragmatic solution delivered cheaper and on time. And where large vendors stalled on the complexity, a small senior team that delivers.
