Every offer has a fixed price, agreed before we start, for a defined outcome. You buy an outcome, not hours: no running meter.
The expected outcome, the scope, and the price are set in writing in the proposal. If the scope changes, we talk about it before, never after.
The Fractional CTO is a monthly retainer of 2 to 4 days, cancellable any month, with no long-term commitment.
We agree on outcomes, not just deliverables. If the work takes longer than planned, that is my risk, not yours.
All prices are exclusive of VAT (currently 8.1% in Switzerland).
We publish our policy openly so there are no surprises, only clear agreements.
