Defined in writing before starting each engagement.
Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Fixed-price offers are invoiced according to the schedule set out in the proposal; the monthly retainer is invoiced monthly.
We treat all client data and discussions as strictly confidential.
Deliverables are owned by the client once invoices are fully paid, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice; work completed up to that date is invoiced as set out in the proposal. The monthly retainer (Fractional CTO) can be cancelled any month.
We deliver services to the best of our expertise, but liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement.
All agreements are governed by Swiss law, with the place of jurisdiction in Lausanne, Switzerland.
